January Term Bookings
The January term is now closed to new bookings. Only swimmers who have now completed their taster will be able to join us for lessons during the January term. This is to minimise the disruption which would be caused by new swimmers joining groups mid-term.
However, as one term's bookings close so the next term begins. We are currently organising the Summer timetable ready for swimmers to join us. Watch this space...
Adult Swimming Lessons & Fitness Sessions
Swim Masters often receive enquiries asking what lessons we have available for adults and until now we have been able to offer only limited numbers of 1-2-1 coaching sessions at our pools.
So we have asked what adult swimmers would like and we are glad to finally be able to offer a wider range of swimming groups to meet those different needs.
Many adult swimmers expressed an interest in Ladies-only swims and Mens-only swims which would be staffed appropriately. We have also been asked if we only teach swimming or whether we could offer a more relaxed fitness-style session where swimmers could "potter" up and down, but have a teacher to hand if they had any questions.
Therefore we have put together Ladies-only and Mens-only Learn to Swim and Fitness groups in the evenings at the Chaddesley Corbett pool. This venue allows us exclusive use for our lessons in a quiet, peaceful environment with the added bonus of warm water to make your exercise as enjoyable as possible!
Missed Lesson Credits
Due to the increased volume of parents claiming missed lesson credits, we are sorry to announce that we will be stopping this offer after September 1st 2011.
Any credits currently outstanding must be used within 12 months of the absence to which they relate (as stated when they were agreed with Swim Masters). After 31st July 2012 there will be no opportunity to use these missed lesson credits and they will therefore be lost.
We will continue to offer a refund for lessons missed when a medical condition has prevented swimming for 2 or more consecutive weeks. Please be aware that this will require a doctor's note advising against swimming (as stated in our terms and conditions).
